A Judicial Review is a legal challenge based on a decision made by a public body which is unlawful and irrational. Aston Brooke has brought a number of judicial reviews in several cases which has led to successful results in a number of immigration related cases most notably the judicial review on behalf of ECCA relating to the plight of senior carers in 2007.
