Settlement Visas

This visa allows you to make an application for settlement for those dependant relatives who have no one n their country of origin. This normally includes elderly parents or grandparents and other dependants

To qualify for an Entry Clearance application for settlement there are basic requirements that must be met. The party must be emotionally and financially dependant on the sponsor, the maintenance and accommodation aspect of the Immigration rules must be satisfied.

The Visa will be for Indefinite Leave to Remain in the UK
